SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of low-alcoholic beverages. Beverage comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: 65.8% sugar syrup, 950.0-1150.0 dm3; carbon dioxide, 25.0-45.0 kg; citric acid 15.0-30.0 kg; 42.4% concentrated lemon juice, 40.0-70.0 kg; liquid nutritive aromatic principle "Limon" QL, "Quest International" firm, 0.5-6.0 kg; liquid nutritive aromatic principle "Limon" QL 30063, "Quest International" firm, 0.5-6.0 kg; neutral turbidifying agent 2T 63172, "Quest International" firm, 1.5-4.5; sodium benzoate, 0.5-1.0 kg, and rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest treatment and prepared water as measured to provide strength of ready beverage 7%. Proposed invention allows preparing low-alcoholic beverage with improved organoleptic indices due to combination of features that provides clearly defined lime taste to the beverage. Invention can be used in producing carbonated low-alcoholic beverages, in particular, carbonated low-alcoholic beverage "Bora Bora".
