SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of low-alcoholic beverages. Beverage comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: 65.8% sugar syrup, 950.0-1150.0 dm³; carbon dioxide, 25.0-45.0 kg; citric acid, 15.0-30.0 kg; 70.0% concentrated apple juice, 60.0-100.0 kg; liquid nutritive aromatic principle "Persik" NN 20672, "Quest International" firm, 2.0-8.0 kg; liquid nutritive aromatic principle "Rom" NN 07421, "quest International" firm, 5.0-15.0 kg; sodium benzoate, 0.5-1.0 kg, and rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest treatment and prepared water as measured to provide strength of ready beverage 7%. Proposed invention allows preparing low-alcoholic beverage with improved organoleptic indices due to combination of features that provides clearly defined peach taste to beverage and consistence and color of beverage is approached to peach juice. Invention can be used producing carbonated low-alcoholic beverages, in particular, carbonated low-alcoholic beverage "Kontik".
