FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing anatomical preparation of vertebral column segments in movable platforms having cardan joints by attaching it to extreme vertebrae by means of cement. Rotation centers of the vertebrae and movable platform cardan joints centers are aligned along vertical axis of the vertebral column. The distance from a platform cardan joint center to vertebra center fixed in it corresponds to distance between vertebral segments. Growing rotation momentum is created on mechanical tested and transferred through the platform to anatomical vertebral segments preparation under test. Adjacent vertebrae mobility is simulated under rotation loads in vivo allowing bending, shift and asymmetric compression deformations to take place. Local destruction of anatomical preparation is observed.
EFFECT: high reliability in reproducing modeling conditions.
