FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in traumatology and orthopedics. Method includes internal fixation of pathologically changed spinal motor segment by means of device for osteosynthesis with implantation of screws into bodies of vertebras through arc roots. Novelty of method lies in the following: in conditions of monosegmental fixation and distraction preliminarily set are optimal angular ratios between sliding off and caudally located vertebras. Dosed, directed towards each other movement of central rods, fixed on screws, implanted into sliding off vertebra and rods, fixed on screws, implanted into caudally located vertebra is performed by changing configuration of repositioning system due to simultaneous change of angle of connection of all central rods via hinged couplings with treaded bars.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to perform reduction in conditions of monosegmental osteosynthesis; avoid undesirable force impact on adjacent intact SMS; avoid uncontrolled additional tensions in spinal system, body and arcs of sliding off vertebra.
