SUBSTANCE: core coat is formed by dry film of pure silicone polymer. Average thickness of connecting film is at least 0.5 μm, breakdown voltage, 30 V, thermal stability, 400 °C. Method for producing core including its molding followed by its dipping in pure silicone polymer of one or more grades and/or in mixed silicone polymer is given in description of invention. Coat may be applied by spraying.

EFFECT: enhanced insulating and magnetic properties, corrosion resistance, adhesiveness, and thermal stability of coat.
