SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to sheet of magnetic steel with semi-organic insulation coating. Said coating comprises inorganic component and organic resin. Inorganic component contains Zr compound in amount of 20-70 wt % (per ZrO₂), Si compound containing plate-like silicon dioxide in amount of 10-50 wt % (per SiO₂) per dry coating and compound B in amount of 0.1-5 wt % (per B₂O₃) per dry coating.

EFFECT: high corrosion and water resistance, high resistance to chalking, scoring and sticking.
