Abstract RU 2265940 C2

FIELD: laser emitters.

SUBSTANCE: device has laser emitter with inbuilt photo-diode, connected to amplifier of photo-diode signal and to output amplifier of emitter powering current. Device also has serially connected support voltage source, adder based on inverting operation amplifier and integrating circuit, output of which is connected to input of output amplifier, and also digital assembly for controlling enabling and disabling laser emitter, comparator, first and second receiving devices. Input of adder is connected to outputs of photo-diode amplifier and support voltage source. To outputs of receiving devices first and second rectifiers are connected, outputs of which are connected to inputs of first and second Schmidt triggers. Outputs of Schmidt triggers are connected to inputs of logical element OR, output of which is connected to input of output amplifier. Inputs of receiving devices are inputs of control signal. Device additionally has auto-generator and frequency splitter serially connected to the former, first block for forming operative control signal, while first input of block for forming operative control signal is connected to output of frequency splitter, and second input is connected to output of first resistive voltage splitter. Device also has second block for forming operative control signal, connected to frequency splitter output. Additionally, second input of block for forming operative control signal through second resistive voltage splitter is connected to comparator output, first input of which is connected to output of amplifier of photo-diode, and second input is connected to first resistive voltage splitter. Output of second block for forming is second output of device.

EFFECT: higher stability of emission power of laser emitter, prevented adding error as well as dependence of time of delay of enabling of laser emitter on amplitude of input set-point signal, higher resistance to interference, higher reliability, lower power consumption.
