FIELD: wiring technologies.
SUBSTANCE: according to first variant of method for mounting heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements in radio-electronic modules, heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements are mounted below electronic board on metallic base of module through electrically insulating heat-conductive layer, between electronic board and heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements, fluid, hardening damping hermetic agent is injected, outputs of heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements are placed into appropriate contact apertures on electronic circuit board and distance between electronic circuit board and base is fixed mechanically by means of rods for fixing to base, included in composition of radio-electronic module, with shelves for temporary washers, on which electronic circuit board is positioned until hardening of damping hermetic agent, after hardening of damping hermetic agent outputs of heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements are soldered on electronic board, fixing rods are detached and electronic board with heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements is detached from metallic base, remaining electric radio-elements, not producing heat, are mounted on electronic board, and then again by means of fixing rods, but without temporary washers, electronic board is connected to base permanently. According to second and third variants, temporary washers are not implemented, electronic radio-elements, not producing heat, are mounted on electronic board before mounting heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements, and after hardening of damping hermetic agent and soldering of outputs of heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements on electronic board, mounting process is finished, i.e. disconnection of electronic circuit board from base, noted in first variant of method, is not required. In accordance to third variant, fixing rods are not implemented at all - distance between electronic circuit board and base is held by temporary technological clamp, which after hardening of hermetic damping agent and heat-conductive glue, used as heat-conductive insert, is removed.
EFFECT: reliable contact of heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements with metallic base for best heat transfer from heat-exhausting thermal radio-elements to base and to improve related characteristics of electric power modules.
