FIELD: radio equipment; electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the design of on-board analog and digital devices with power supplies intended for operation as part of space vehicles. Electronic heat-transfer unit includes a heat sink base and a set of parallel flat printed circuit boards (PCB) electrically connected to each other, fastening elements. PCB installed on the heat sink base and above them are also placed additional PCB with electro radio cells. In this case, the sides of the heat sink base are heat sinks, on the side of which the heat-sink base has protrusions on which the heat-conducting plate for additional PCB is fixed. At the same time, a heat-absorbing coating is applied to the heat-conducting plate, in addition to the places of its attachment, which insulates additional PCBs electrically from the heat-conducting plate, and the heat-loaded electro-radio elements are installed as close as possible to the places of attachment of the heat-conducting plate. All PCBs are electrically connected to each other by flexible volumetric mounting, which ensures their mutual movement during assembly and disassembly. Heat-sinking base, on which the lid is mounted, is fixed to the mounting surface through the heat-conducting paste.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the electronic unit and its operational capabilities.
