FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronic units (REU), is intended for use in onboard high-performance electronic apparatus, primarily in the conditions of space vacuum. The technical result is achieved by the fact that in an REU containing a base, a set of frames, a printed circuit board is installed in each frame in the form of an assembly unit with electric radio elements (ERE), supported thereby along the perimeter. Each frame is installed with the end on the base and secured thereon by means of fasteners. A group of metallised non-conductive vias is additionally made on the printed circuit board at the site of installation of the body of a heat-stressed ERE. A first heat sink made of a heat-conducting material as a perforated plate is introduced between the body of the ERE and the printed circuit board, the shape and area of the plate correspond to the shape and area of the corresponding group of metallised non-conductive vias in the printed circuit board. Introduced on the other side of the printed circuit board is a second heat sink made of a heat-conducting material as an L-shaped plate provided with protrusions.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of REU and expansion of the range of functional capabilities thereof.
