SUBSTANCE: claimed food supplement includes edible blood 55-65 mass %: vegetable protein (8-12 mass %), milk protein 2-4 (mass %), bone edible fat (10-15 mass %) and water. Additionally supplement contains as emulsifier and gel-forming agent starch (1-0 mass %), gelatin (2-0 mass %) and chitosan (0.1-0.25 mass %) dissolved in cheese or curd whey in ratio of 1:50-1:100, at 18-70°C with active acidity of 4.0-6.2.
EFFECT: food supplement with high emulsifying and gel forming ability.
