FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, cyclone-type dust collecting equipment for centrifugal separation of contaminations from air sucked from the outside and collecting therein of said contaminations.

SUBSTANCE: filtering unit filters contaminations from the outside air which is discharged through vacuum cleaner discharge valve. Filtering unit comprises rotating filter connected for rotation relative to outlet channel of cyclone-type dust collecting apparatus. Rotating filter has grid-type suction part circumferentially arranged thereon, discharge channel in fluid communication with outlet channel of dust collecting apparatus, and unit for rotating said filter within dust collecting apparatus to thereby intensify removal of contaminations filtered on grid-type suction part, and for settling of contaminations within detachable dust collector connected to cyclone-type dust collecting apparatus. Filter rotating unit rotates filter in accordance with connection or disconnection of dust collector. According to another embodiment of invention, filtering unit has cylindrical rotating filter connected with outlet channel of cyclone-type dust collecting apparatus, and includes grid-type suction part arranged circumferentially on rotating filter, outlet channel in fluid communication with discharge channel, and filter rotating unit for rotating of filter to thereby intensify removal of contaminations filtered by means of grid-type suction part. Filter rotating unit also provides rotation of filter in accordance with connection or disconnection of dust collector.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and easy removal of contaminations accumulated on rotating filtering unit.
