FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation should be applied after radical operative interference within the volume of laryngectomy followed by forming tracheostomal foramen. For this purpose, on dissecting cicatricial tissues, redressing laryngeal lumen and suturing up skin edges to tracheal mucous membrane one should dissect two triangular fragments out of membranous part of posterior wall of tracheostoma with their bottoms outwards and the tops in area of tracheoesophageal shunt. Then posterior tracheal wall should be bent towards esophagus up to vertical position, then skin should be sutured to the edges of tracheal mucous defects developed. In developed foramen of tracheoesophageal shunt one should apply endoprosthesis to restore the function of voice formation. The method enables to optimize the passage of air flow into pharyngeal lumen to develop pseudovoice.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of reconstruction.
