SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for removing traheostomy stenosis. The main point of the invention is trachea division and the traheostomy formation. Skin incision is performed with the formation of 4 grafts. Expose the trachea is exposed and revealed by X-shaped method between the 2nd and 4th semirings with the formation of 4 cartilage grafts. The central part of the lateral cartilage grafts is caught up to the bowing muscle medial legs. The free edges of the two sides and lower cartilage grafts are caught up to the flap. Upper cartilage graft is incised during the gorge extirpation, and after that the flat is caught up to its base. The use of this invention allows to achieve the voice creating thanks to the dissection of the lower detrusor pharynx muscles and preventing the obstetric fistula.
