SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for removing traheostomy stenosis. The main point of the invention is trachea division and the traheostomy formation. The use of this invention allows to achieve the voice creating thanks to the dissection of the lower detrusor pharynx muscles and preventing the obstetric fistula.
