FIELD: centrifugal separation system for cleaning water contaminated with organic and non-organic materials.
SUBSTANCE: separator for fluid medium containing heavy and light components includes vessel having rotation axis and peripheral wall defining chamber communicated with inlet and first outlet. Inside chamber there are large number of ribs radially extending from rotation axis. Separator also includes discharge tube, take-off tube and unit for setting pressure of fluid medium. Discharge tube has first end laced in chamber and opposite second end communicated with space outside said vessel. Take-off tube is arranged inside chamber; it has first end communicated with discharge tube and opposite second end limiting second outlet of vessel chamber. First outlet is arranged nearer to rotation axis than second outlet spaced by some distance from rotation axis. At rotation of fluid inside vessel interface between light and heavy components is arranged between first and second outlets. Unit for setting pressure of fluid monitors arrangement of interface between first and second outlets. Method for separating multi-component mixture of fluid media and method for separating liquid-liquid mixture are also given in description of invention.
EFFECT: increased rate of separating components, reduced penetration degree of one component into other.
