SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes concentrator with roller in its end. Other end of concentrator is used for connecting with vibration exciter. Concentrator is in the form step wave-guide. Diameter of first step of wave-guide exceeds diameter of second step of wave-guide for concentrator end carrying roller. Diameter of roller is equal to diameter of second step of wave-guide of concentrator end.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of tube, increased useful life period and gain of apparatus.
