FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: device includes case and conical orifice in the case. The case has rectilinear groove connected to the orifice, so that groove wall edges can contact U-shaped blank sheet edges, which are to be bent. Rectilinear groove is slanting against U-shaped blank symmetry axis. Due to positioning of one groove wall of the inlet orifice part in the symmetry plane of U-shaped blank, both rectilinear groove walls are equidistant from the symmetry plane of U-shaped blank. One of the blank edges is bent harder, another edge overlaps it as the blank moves. Rolling-out speed and obtained pipe quality increase due to regular sequential interaction of groove wall edges with blank edges.
EFFECT: increased spinneret durability due to prevention of long-term interaction of blank with orifice wall.
