FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, delivery of sugar to consumer.
SUBSTANCE: method involves charging sugar into collector-accumulator; feeding sugar and alkaline solution having temperature of 60-80 C into melter mixer; continuously mixing resultant mixture for preparing of sugar-containing solution comprising 55-75 wt% of dry substances; feeding ready solution into vehicle reservoir; before charging of sugar into melter mixer, spraying it with anolyte produced by processing aqueous solution of sodium chloride in anode chamber of diaphragm-type electrolyzer; using catholyte as alkaline solution, said catholyte being produced by processing aqueous solution of sodium chloride in cathode chamber of diaphragm-type electrolyzer; solving sugar until pH value of sugar-containing solution reaches 7.8-9.2.
EFFECT: improved quality of sugar-containing solution directed for transportation.
