FIELD: oil and gas production, particularly equipment for underground oil and gas well repair, for cleaning outer pipe string surfaces during lifting thereof from well.
SUBSTANCE: wiper has annular holder with elastic collar. The annular holder is installed in hollow cylindrical body. The collar is made as at least two coaxial split elastic rings and is tightly fit over outer pipe string surface. The body has flange with sliding rests. Body has conical interior adapted to receive annular holder. The annular holder is restricted from axial displacement by sliding rests. The elastic split rings are surrounded by spring member put on outer surfaces thereof. Split parts of elastic rings are not in register one with another.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability.
