FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises ring rotor with bearing rollers, roll holder, and drum with glass plastic belt wound on it. The rotor is provided with guiding roller that bends and tightens the belt and roller that provides the contact of the belt with the pipeline and wound layers of the glass plastic. The defect section of the pipeline is banded by setting clutch made of the belt on the pipeline. The belt is made of flexible glass plastic. The belt is preliminarily provided with adhesive composition. The other surface of the belt is affected by the guiding roller.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
