FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pipes. Technical result is achieved by method of pipes manufacturing, which includes layer-by-layer spiral winding on pipe made of rigid material, high-strength tape stretched with preset force impregnated with adhesive composition. Belt tension force is not less than 0.5 of the belt bursting load, tape application parameters are determined by the expression , where n is number of applied layers of external reinforcing shell from composite material; Ft - high-strength belt tension force making at least 0.5 of the breaking load; ε - required degree of reduction of mechanical ring tensile stresses in pipe wall; pip - internal pressure; D is outer diameter of pipe; b is width of high-strength tape.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced mechanical tensile stresses of pipe wall.
