FIELD: engineering of efficient gasification house heater appliances, meant for heating quarters ranging in size from 100 to 500 cubic meters and more, and also country houses, garages, workshops, hothouses, farms, and for cooking food, drying mushrooms, berries, fruits and other foodstuffs.
SUBSTANCE: device is made of sheet metal and has furnace chamber, made with air heating contour along perimeter, jets, reflector, front and back walls with branch pipes, with inlet and outlet shutters, loading hatch with door, having locking device on front wall. Air contour is made in form of radiator belts of plates, tightly pressed and welded to external surfaces of covers of hexahedral section furnace, and rings. Outlet device for hot air is made with deflectors and turbulence promoters, calculated with consideration of Koando effect, with construction parameters: a1=0,4a, a2=0,03a, Respectively=4a, where additional - gap between external surface of ring and deflector, a1 - value of local decrease of gap additional in critical section, a2 - height of turbulence promoter, allowing to direct heat flows from external surfaces of rings while providing for their rotation for 90° angle practically without losses, and also to increase temperature of general heat flow at output for 21-29°C.
EFFECT: lower laboriousness of manufacturing, lower material cost and weight, broader functional capabilities of device.
