FIELD: technologies for controlling movement of vehicles, primarily security cars, under conditions of a settlement.
SUBSTANCE: at central station an electronic map of settlement is generated and database of aforementioned electronic map is inputted into computer. On basis of previously received statistical data concerning real movement speeds of vehicles in settlement, average speed for moving along each road is set. Estimation of aforementioned average speeds is performed either on basis of average values of speeds, or on basis of median. By combining generated electronic map of settlement and received data concerning average statistical movement speeds, electronic speed map for settlement is generated and database of generated electronic speed map is inputted into computer. Then, navigation information messages are received about coordinates and speed of movement of moving vehicles in current settlement and coordinates and movement speed for aforementioned vehicles is registered. On basis of analysis of received current navigation information messages, information messages about vehicles are selected, speeds of which are grouped within area of aforementioned average estimate with consideration of speed limitations set for appropriate roads. On basis of selected information messages, data concerning speeds of movement of vehicles on the roads are determined precisely in memory of central station computer and when necessary, electronic speed map of settlement is corrected by inputting more precise speed values for each road. Then radio signals are dispatched to users carrying information about more precise parameters of electronic speed map of settlement. Into user computer, data are inputted concerning destination point and recommended routes are determined as most time-optimal during movement to given destination with consideration of more precise parameters of electronic speed map of settlement, received by user from central station. On user display, recommended routes are visualized in accordance to electronic speed map of settlement, information messages are indicated on it concerning speeds on settlement roads and current position of vehicle is also displayed. During movement along selected route in case of changes of parameters of electronic speed map, correction of optimal movement routes to destination is performed. Duplex radio communication between central station and vehicle is realized by radio signals with phase manipulation at two frequencies directly and/or through relay station, mounted in the center of settlement.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of discontinuous information transfers along radio-channels between central station and vehicle.
