FIELD: procedures for controlling transport vehicle movement in condition of populated zone.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus operates with use of set of navigation satellites and re-transmitter. On-board equipment of transport vehicle includes receiver of navigation signal with antenna, transceiver device and computer of user. Transceiver device includes HF-oscillation generator, discrete message source, phase manipulator, two heterodyne units, two mixers, amplifier of first intermediate frequency, two power amplifiers, circulator, receiving/transmitting antenna, amplifier of second intermediate frequency, multiplier, band filter, phase detector, screen of user display. Equipment of central station includes computer and transceiver device. Transceiver device includes receiving/transmitting antenna, circulator, two power amplifier, two heterodyne units, two mixers, amplifier of first intermediate frequency, multiplier, band filer, phase detector, discrete message source, HF-oscillation generator, phase manipulator, intermediate frequency amplifier. Apparatus provides duplex communication between central station and transport vehicles with use of complex phase- manipulated signals.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of information exchange through radio system between central station and transport vehicles.
