FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves examining artery in power dopplerography mode using anterolateral horizontal paratracheal access method at the level of vertebral disk. The vertebral artery in the vertebral canal and uncovertebral junction are visualized in one plane. Marginal uncovertebral junction calcinate with compressing extravasal action zone being available, extravasal vertebral artery compression is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
