FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device for dynamic damping of vibrations of automobile sets if furnished with adaptive system consisting of reservoir combined with variable-capacity pump, valve to discharge electromagnetic liquid with solenoid mechanism connected by flexible pipeline with tank. Wiring is soldered into tank housing. Tank is connected with set vibrations of which is to be killed by means of two springs of preset stiffness arranged in direction of vibration damping. Adaptive system is provided with electronic control unit energized from storage battery. Electronic unit controls processes of transfer of electromagnetic liquid by means of pump and electromagnetic liquid discharge valve. Electronic unit provides feedback through vibrosensor, and it imposes electromagnetic field through winding onto electromagnetic liquid in tank, and changes volume of electromagnetic liquid in tank according to formula: V=2c/ρω2 where c is stiffness of fastening springs ; ω is frequency to be killed; ρ is density of electromagnetic liquid.
EFFECT: provision of vibration damping of automobile sets in preset vertical and cross directions with account of disturbing action and dynamic characteristics of set in preset direction, elimination of negative consequences of vibration.
