FIELD: vehicle testing technologies.
SUBSTANCE: method includes applying harmonic effect perpendicularly to longitudinal plane of automobile in point taken as pole, amplitude-phase-frequency characteristics are measured for transverse and angular oscillations, than a couple of forces is applied, acting relatively to pole and also alternating in accordance to harmonic law, while amplitude-phase-frequency characteristics are taken for angular and linear oscillations as well. On basis of prepared amplitude-phase-frequency characteristics transfer functions matrix is built, each element of which is a row of oscillating links, number of which is equal to number of significantly outstanding amplitude-phase-frequency characteristics coils. After that to model equations for non-holonomic connections of tires with road are added and used to estimate quality of transfer processes and route stability, while equivalent dynamic model of vehicle in side movement with consideration of speed of movement is produced as result of tests on immovable automobile. Method takes into consideration influence from all substantially outstanding freedom degrees, like bridges, frame, body, engine and others, on route stability of car.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
