FIELD: paint-vehicle materials, in particular production of precipitated desiccant useful as curing catalyst for paint-vehicle coats.
SUBSTANCE: desiccant is obtained from fatty acid component, 50-55 % sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and polyvalent metal salt in ratio of 1-1.1:1:0.5-0.65, respectively. In the end of process methylethylketone hydroperoxide or cyclohexanone hydroperoxide is introduced in amount of 1-2 mass %. Components are charged in the next order: fatty acid component, polyvalent metal salt and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution.
EFFECT: precipitated desiccant for paint-vehicle materials with increased catalyst activity.
