FIELD: methods and devices used for production of diamonds.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to nuclear engineering, in particular, to the materials used in fissile regions of the atomic reactors and may be used at production of a breeding element (BE) for a thermonuclear reactor of synthesis. The technical result of the invention is production of BE using a material of pipes of a coil-pipe, which has high level of resistance to brittleness within the temperature range of 270-400°C, and also the heightened level of high-temperature strength at temperatures up to 700°C and production of BE with a high operational characteristics. The breeding element for a thermonuclear reactor of synthesis consists of: a body filled with a beryl breeder of neutrons; a located inside the body coil-pipe made in the form of two coaxial pipes. The internal pipe is filled with lithium porous ceramics and connected to the system of bleeding of the gas-tritium carrier, and the clearance between the pipes is connected to the system of the heat-transfer agent bleeding. The pipes are made out of ferrite-martensite steel, the structure of which along the coil-pipe length consists at least of two areas. At that in the area on the side of the heat carrier outlet from the coil-pipe the structure of the steel includes a mixture of α-ferrite, δ-ferrite and a sorbite, the complex carbides of chromium M23C6 type located along the big-angled margins and in the bodies of grains, and also carbides, carbonitrides and particles of Laves phases of the strong-carbide forming components of the steel located along the margins and in the bodies of grains. In the area on the side of the heat transfer agent fed into the coil-pipe the steel structure includes a mixture of α-ferrite, δ-ferrite and a sorbite, the complex carbides of chromium M23C6 type, located along the big-angled margins of grains, and also carbides, carbonitrides of the strong-carbide forming components of the steel coagulated and located in the bodies of grains of sorbite and δ-ferrite.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of a breeding element (BE) using a material of pipes of a coil-pipe having high level of resistance to brittleness, the heightened level of the high-temperature strength and production of BE with the high operational characteristics.
