FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy of heat-resistant steel field, used in nuclear power engineering, particularly for manufacturing of fuel core details of nuclear reactors on fast neutrons and equipment of thermonuclear reactors. Steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, chrome, tungsten, vanadium, cerium and/or ittrium, titanium, boron, zirconium, tantalum, nitrogen, equally spaced in grains nano-sized particles of yttrium oxide, iron and unavoidable admixtures, at following ratio of components, wt %: carbon 0.10-0.21, silicon 0.1-0.8, manganese 0.5-2.0, chrome 10.0-13.5, tungsten 0.8-2.5, vanadium 0.05-0.4, cerium and/or yttrium overall 0.001-0.10, zirconium 0.05-0.2, tantalum 0.05-0.2, titanium 0.03-0.3, nitrogen 0.02-0.15, boron 0.001-0.008, yttrium oxide 0.05-0.3, iron and unavoidable admixtures are the rest. Relation of overall content of vanadium, titanium, zirconium and tantalum to total content of carbon and nitrogen is from 2 up to 9. There are increased operational characteristics at high temperatures and neutron irradiation, and also it is provided low level of induced radioactivity and its fast decay.
EFFECT: increasing of operational characteristics at high temperatures and neutron irradiation, and also provision of low level of induced radioactivity and its fast decay.
