FIELD: aeronautical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed flying vehicle has case 12, two wings 15 and 16 mounted in such position that their focuses are located in front of center of mass of flying vehicle. Mounted on front part of case 12 and on pylon 14 along longitudinal axis of case 12 and on tips of wings 15 and 16 are aerodynamic propulsors at inclination forward from level through angle lesser than 30°. Aerodynamic surfaces of propulsors 2 and 4 at tips of wings 15 and 16 are mounted at the same level above aerodynamic surfaces of propulsor 1 on front part of case 12; aerodynamic surfaces of propulsor 3 on pylon 14 are mounted above aerodynamic surfaces of propulsors 2 and 4. Aerodynamic surfaces of any two propulsors may move over circumference in one direction and aerodynamic surfaces of other two propulsors may move over circumference in opposite direction. Mounted on pylon 14 are stabilizer and rudder.
