FIELD: aeronautical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: propulsor 1 has two similar coaxial frames with mechanism for motion of these frames over circumference relative to axis of motion in opposite direction and two aerodynamic surfaces mounted on each frame and provided with mechanism for rotation of each aerodynamic surface relative to axis of rotation which is parallel to axis of motion in synchronism with motion over circumference towards side opposite to motion of respective frame; provision is made for devices for swinging of each aerodynamic surface in synchronism with rotation relative to two mutually perpendicular axes lying in two mutually perpendicular planes crossing in axis of rotation of aerodynamic surface. One plane passes through axis of motion over circumference and axis of rotation of aerodynamic surface. Flying vehicle has case 53 with two-stage propulsor 1 mounted on it; airscrew 54 is mounted on tail section of case 53; axis of rotation of airscrew passes horizontally in longitudinal axis of symmetry of case 53 below center of mass of flying vehicle.
EFFECT: increased lifting aerodynamic force and horizontal thrust due to use of screening effect.
