FIELD: electro-mechanical engineering, possible use for construction of electric oil-extractive down-pumps.
SUBSTANCE: electric engine has stator in form of laminated iron pressed into pipe, with three-phased winding and rotor positioned inside in form of sheet steel packets, separated from each other by intermediate bearings and pinned on hollow shaft. Copper rods are inserted into packet grooves, welded by ends with short-circuit copper rings. Upper end of stator is connected to head, wherein abutment bearing assembly, current input assembly for connecting cable to three-phased winding of stator and reverse valve for feeding in oil are positioned. On the end of electric engine shaft, passing through head, grooved sleeve is pinned for connection to protector. Lower portion of electric engine shaft is provided with centrifugal pump. In aforementioned lower portion of electric engine base is positioned, wherein catching filter is positioned for cleaning oil, channels with spill valve for connection to inner hollow of compensator, reverse valve for pumping oil, to which forced movement is applied along closed contour including pump, central channel of shaft, bearings, ring-shaped gap between stator and rotor, filter, pump.
EFFECT: increased engine resource due to increased durability and operational reliability of bearings.
