FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment, to the design of submersible oil-filled high-speed electric motors for driving centrifugal pumps for oil production. Electric motor includes housing, stator toothed magnetic core with the winding filled grooves, and longitudinal grooves on its outer surface, made symmetrically to the stator teeth radial axes of symmetry and forming with the housing inner surface channels communicating with the housing cavity, the rotor with the hollow shaft in the form of packages, mounted on the shaft and alternating with movable bushings bearings, by the housing resting against the stator inner surface. Stator magnetic core is made in the form of packages installed in the housing according to the non-radial displacement. Stator is additionally equipped with toothed annular elements installed radially in accordance with the magnetic circuit packages, along the axis between the stator magnetic circuit packages opposite the bearings housings. Toothed annular elements are made with radial channels alternating from two end sides along thee stator teeth axes of symmetry or parallel to them. On the bearing housings outer surface on each side grooves are made, staggered and having the axial length greater than the bearing housing half the axial length.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the submersible oil-filled electric motors operational reliability at elevated frequency, improvement in their cooling and reduction in the upper units thermal loading.
