FIELD: medicine, surgical stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: one should make a semilunar mucosal incision leaving aside against the site of lips' frenula fixation and being faced to it with its bottom. One should separate submucous tissues by "tunnel"-type, dissect mental muscles and cords of frenula and cheeks. Then it is necessary to shift mucosa towards the area of developed defect to be fixed with sutures to periosteum. The innovation enables to decrease the development of cicatrices that deform vestibular arch.
EFFECT: decreased traumatism of vestibuloplasty.
