SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to dentistry. Under local anesthesia, a trapezoidal incision of the mucous membrane is made in the area of teeth with recessions, retreating from the edge of the attached gum 10 mm; then the mucous membrane is peeled off from the underlying tissues along the arch of the vestibule, dissecting muscle fibers and bands at an angle to the periosteum, forming a new arch of the vestibule and without violating the integrity of the periosteum; next, the flap is fixed along the bottom of the vestibule to the periosteum using a planar continuous suture by injecting a needle with a thread into the mucous flap on the one hand, passing the needle through the periosteum and then pricking the needle out of the periosteum, while at the edges of the flap, the free ends of the thread of 5 mm in size are left without fixing with knots; after 6 days, the suture is removed without scissors and the suture material Prolene 6.0 is used for suturing; Bluem gel is applied to the wound surface; after 3 months, recessions are closed according to the method for a coronal-displaced flap using a subepithelial graft, for this purpose, a modified intracerebral incision is performed under infiltration anesthesia according to the envelope method; a split flap is formed without tension; a subepithelial graft is taken using the method for a single incision; the withdrawal point is sutured with Prolene 6.0; the resulting graft is fixed with sutures in each interdental space in the direction from the lingual surface to the vestibular and back to the lingual, fixing the knot on the inner surface; then the flap is mobilized and fixed with vertical mattress seams in each interdental gap; a winding seam is added around each tooth, for this purpose the needle is injected from the vestibular side at the level of the interdental gap, retreating 2 mm from the edge of the flap; the needle is also removed buccally and stretched into the interdental gap on the lingual side, while at the level of the interdental gap with the adjacent tooth, the needle is injected into the mucosa, retreating from the edge 3 mm, and a needle prick at the level of 2 mm from the edge of the gum on the same side; with the blunt end of the needle, the thread is stretched through the interdental gap to the vestibular surface and the needle is injected into the mucosa again from the vestibular side at the level of the aforementioned interdental gap, retreating 2 mm from the edge of the flap; the needle is also removed buccally and stretched with the blunt end into the interdental gap on the lingual side; then the needle tip is taken to the previous interdental gap and the needle is injected again at the level of the interdental gap in the mucosa, retreating 3 mm from the edge, and pricking out the needle at the level of 2 mm from the edge of the gum on the same side; with the blunt end of the needle, the thread is stretched through the interdental gap to the vestibular surface; then the flap is tightened and a knot is tied; anchor seams are applied along the bottom of the vestibule with the Prolene 6.0 suture material.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the results of treatment by creating an optimized way to eliminate deep recessions of the gums with a shallow vestibule of the oral cavity, to minimize the risks that worsen the course of the postoperative period.
