FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: the suggested apparatus contains needles, distraction rods, plates with openings in which needles are rigidly fixed with possibility to be located at the angle to each other. Each of distraction rods consists of two parts connected with hinges. Plates area connected with distraction rods due to semispherical pairs. The innovation provides to apply new apparatus of more simplified assembling.
EFFECT: decreased traumatism of palm tissues.
