SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes annular container with outer and inner walls and bottom of elastic material. Outer wall is rigidly secured to base. Inner all by means of vibrator is mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion in vertical direction and with possibility of reverse rotation around its own axis. Outer and inner walls in upper part of apparatus are mutually coupled through elastic members arranged uniformly by one-side inclination angle relative to radial direction.
EFFECT: improved design, possibility for regulating parameters and controlling oscillation character, highly uniform working of parts in working zone of apparatus.
