FIELD: engineering of catalysts for spirituous fuel elements and technology for manufacturing said anodic catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, anodic catalyst for spirituous fuel element has ruthenium and nickel on carbon carrier, while atomic ratio of ruthenium and nickel in catalyst ranges from 60:40 to 80:20, and total content of ruthenium and nickel in catalyst ranges from 10 to 60 percents of mass. Catalyst has metallic ruthenium, nickel-ruthenium alloy, ruthenium oxide and nickel oxide and is characterized by generic formula Rua(RuNi)bRuOcNiOd, where: a ranges from 0,40 to 0,70; b ranges from 0,02 to 0,05; c ranges from 0,10 to 0,15; d ranges from 0,20 to 0,40; and a+b+c+d=1. As carbon carrier, special acetylene soot is used with specific surface ranging from 80 to 150 m2/generator or another special soot with specific surface ranging from 200 to 300 m2/g. Method for producing catalyst includes saturation of carrier with compounds of ruthenium and nickel, drying and thermal processing in hydrogen atmosphere, while as nickel compound nickel sulfate is used, and as ruthenium compound, ruthenium hydroxichloride is used.
EFFECT: production of highly active electric catalyst with optimal structure.
