FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: anode is multi-layered gradient porous structure with porosity of up to 40%, and it includes the structural base for electrode, to which there applied is active layer containing electrocatalyst being fluorated Ni - Ru - F alloy having the shape of nano-particles on porous carbon carrier. As structural base, the anode usually has nickel grid with fluoroplastic binding agent. Electrocatalyst used as active layer usually represents the alloy having NiRuF crystalline structure in the form of nanoparticles on carbon porous carrier. At that, atomic ratio of components of alloy Ni : Ru : F (% atomic) is (8-12): 1 : ( 1- 5). The example of such electrocatalyst is alloy with composition Ni12RuF5 in the form of nano-particles on carbon porous carrier. As the latter, it is preferably to use black pigment Ketjen Black with specific surface within the range of 600-1500 m2/g.

EFFECT: high electrocatalytic activity, high stability of anode.
