FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves plugging perforation with omental strand. Organ wall is sutured by piercing serous membrane 1.5-2 cm apart and exiting through the perforation. When finishing suturing the omentum, the needle is brought through the perforation to make exit pierce on serous membrane 0.5-1 cm far from the first pierce. Then, traction is carried out by pulling free thread ends in drawing the omental strands into the perforation. The threads holding the omental strands are fixed with clips setting two of them on each thread in automatic way.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications.
