FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly for surgery, in particular perforated hole is tamponed. A puncture of atraumatic acus is carried out with a thread from the side of serose. Outlet of the acus is carried out through the perforated hole. Locks of the greater omentum are captured, reverse underruning is carried out through the perforated hole from the side of mucosa to serose. Locks of the greater omentum are inserted into the perforated hole. It is tamponed with traction of sutures. Dissector is shifted to a place of the suture outlet from the serose and by acting as a "holder" the suture is held. The omentum is fixed with a suture and an acus on the circumference with a continuous suture to the serous membrane of bowels up to the dissector. Then the proximal and distal ends of the suture are fixed along with imposing an endoclamp.
EFFECT: method enables to carry out a reliable tamponade of perforation hole, to improve results of surgical treatment of perforated pyloroduodenal ulcers.
