SUBSTANCE: device has two levers and a spring. Spring rigidity is selected to prevent inflammation-changed tissues from eruption. Lever arms are joined with spring coil on one side and meet each other at the right angle with their sharp ends. The Z-shaped levers cross each other.
EFFECT: simplified design cheap reliable device usable in emergency hospitals.
