SUBSTANCE: method involves checking diagnosis, dental root and canals topographic features and periapical destruction focus characteristics using X-ray examination techniques. Carious cavity is prepared, tooth cavity is opened making access to root canals, their orifices are widened, pulp decay is eliminated, mechanical canal cleaning is done with appropriate orthodontic instruments and pharmacotherapeutic canal treatment is carried out with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and remineralization preparations. Apical tooth hole is opened to make access to periapical inflammation focus and to treat soft tissue formations by means of mechanical treatment and pharmacotherapy methods to remove them. Then fine fragmented demineralized lyophilized bone is introduced through the apical tooth hole into the periapical destruction focus and root canals and carious cavity are filled according to generally used method.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
