SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating pulpitis in uniradicular and multiradicular teeth. One should carry out anesthesia, prepare carious cavity, open dental cavity to create access to root canals, widen the mouths of root canals, remove putrid masses, carry out both mechanical and medicinal treatment of canals for the depth being four fifth of the root canal, not more. Then it is necessary to fill remained periapical part of the root canal with finely fragmentized demineralized lyophilized allobone which should be mixed with blood in the lumen of the root canal or with several blood drops out of puncturing mucosa in area of treating a corresponding tooth. Then one should fill in carious cavity with any material applied for endodontic filling. The innovation enables to provide complete obturation of dental canals and improve biomechanical conditions for dental functioning.
