FIELD: packing equipment, particularly filling or closing containers in chambers maintained under vacuum or elevated pressure or containing a special atmosphere.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises powder supply unit, which has outlet orifice communicated with loading chamber 6 for container 19 receiving. Valve unit of sliding gate 10 selectively closes the orifice. Disc valve unit 5 is arranged above the gate. Containers 19 are loaded in loading chamber 6 and arranged under the orifice. Then chamber 6 and containers 19 are scavenged with inert gas. After that the valve unit of the sliding gate 10 and disc valve unit 5 are opened to provide container 19 filling with superfine powder.

EFFECT: provision of repeatedly powder extraction from reaction production device in non-reactive medium.
