FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, particularly, to equipment for production of solid-phase composites based on ethers and may be used, in particular, for making modern electrode materials for secondary lithium-ion current sources. Computerised line comprises blend preparation assembly, blend loading assembly, reaction assembly, finished product discharge assembly composed of accumulation bin, point process parameter meters and actuators with control boards for each said assembly, all aforesaid assemblies being arranged along process line and communicated by appropriate transport units. Note here that, additionally, said line comprises gas station composed of gas cylinders with gas feed flow rate control board. Initial components store and initial component loading assembly consisting of 2-6 sealed bins with continuous-action dispensers are arranged ahead of blend preparation assembly. Note also that blend preparation assembly represents a set of auger and turbine homogenisers and superfine grinder with water cooling. Blend loading assembly is composed of accumulation bin with blend dispensers. Reaction assembly consists of three parallel rotary kilns with adjustable inclination angles and gas atmosphere, equipped with waste gas recovery units. Finished product discharge assembly arranged downstream of accumulation bin comprises extra pre-grinders and superfine grinders with units for packing finished product in sealed packages. Transport units represent sealed auger conveyors. Point process parameter meters and actuators with control boards are integrated into integral computer-aided control system at central control board.
