FIELD: glass industry; devices for production of glass packaging materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of glass industry, to devices for production of glass packaging materials, in particular, to a device for control of operation of a glass-ware neck further blowing-chilling valve. The invention presents a device for control over an air supply in a glass-forming machine by the electronic means using the air supply clocking in compliance with the corresponding control signals for the valves to indicate an operational state of the solenoid valves. The device for control over the air supply for blow molding of the glass-ware having a body and a neck formed in the mold for blow molding, exercises the blow molding through a double-stage blow head, the first solenoid valve for supply of the air for the further blowing through a blow head to the glass-ware in the mold, and through the second solenoid valve for supply of the chilling air to the glass-ware neck through a blow head around of the glass-ware neck in the mold. Each valve from among the indicated the first and the second solenoid valves reacts to the corresponding the first and second electric signals of control over the corresponding valve for the air supply through the indicated blow head. The indicated device has: a means connected with the indicated first and second solenoid valves for detection of the clocking of the indicated the first and the second electric signals of control over the valves coming to the pointed valves; the first and the second air pressure detectors operationally connected with the indicated first and second solenoid valves for generation of the corresponding first and second electric signals of the detectors defining the time of the air supply indicated by the first and the second solenoid valves into the indicated blow head; and a means reacting to the clocking of the indicated first and second control signals by the valves and to the indicated first and second signals of detectors for indication of the operational state of the indicated valves.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an effective control of the air supply in a glass-forming machine by the electronic means using the air supply clocking in compliance with the corresponding control signals for the valves to indicate an operational state of the solenoid valves.
