FIELD: chemical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in magnetic clutch of sealed centrifugal pump with flow section protected by polymeric coating. Proposed screen contains shell, stopper connected with end face of shell, flanged ring connected with other end face of shell. Shell, stopper and flanged ring are made of metal. Fluoroplastic coating is applied to inner surface of screen. Conical holes are made on shell and stopper, vertices of cones of conical holes are pointed inwards the screen, and cone angle is from 30° to 40°. Conical holes are uniformly spaced over surface of shell and stopper. Ratio of smaller diameter of conical hole to thickness of fluoroplastic coating is from 1 to 3, ratio of area of conical hole on inner surface of screen to its area is from 0.01 to 0.04. Conical holes are filled with fluoroplastic made integral with fluoroplastic coating. Invention is aimed at provision of strong adhesion of fluoroplastic coating and metal parts of screen.

EFFECT: possibility of handling chemically active liquids at temperatures up to plus 150°C and delivery pressure up to 12 MPa.
