FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: magnetic coupling separating cup comprises a flange, a shell and a bottom. Separating shell is a single solid part with a single-layer shell baked from fabric workpieces of composite materials with impregnation under pressure or vacuum with thermosetting resins. Prior to laying fabric workpieces from said materials, first layer in contact with aggressive working fluid is laid out of fluoroplastic film and baked together with other composite fabrics.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the separating shell, which provides the possibility of the pump operation in especially aggressive working fluids.
